Looks like a couple of easy / just to get out of town runs coming up. It is
starting to get hot here in Phx, over 100 for sure.
I have been practicing best use of space in the TJ. Hard to do after having an
XJ far so long. Been looking at trailers and racks and other options to be able
to carry more stuff.
Here is what is coming up for us!
5/17 - Camp Verde
This will be a trip to Camp Verde up to the rim country on a few different easy
trails in the Massey book. The trails are Cedar Flat Road, Home Tank Draw and 2
short trips to Apache Fire Lookout and Mullican Canyon.
5/24 - Ham Radio Night Run
GAS PIPELINE TRAIL Black Canyon City to Table Mesa Rd.
6/7 - Blue Balls Run
Camping on the high country with some jeeping buddies. Various trail runs up to
3.5
6/28 - Cinders
Camping at Cinders ORV Park outside of Flagstaff.
10/3
Canyon De Chelly - 4 days! Whoo Hoo!  |

Still need more room. Maybe I just
try to bring too much stuff? I

Those runs sound fun, I was born
and raised in Az, mostly Glendale
area, moved to Tucson for a couple
of years, now in Cali. Tons of
good trails in Zona, have fun. As
for the storage in a TJ, well I
took out my rear seat since no one
is ever in it and it helps keep my
trail dog from falling out . |
