so im up in northern michigan for a couple weeks, its beautiful. had some very
good michigan microbrews, but unlike the sign i saw at the bar my mom and i ate
lunch at, michigan is not the 'greatest beer state', colorado is way better. one
other thing northern michigan sucks at is having a good radio station. the only
radio station that i found that plays decently good rap/hip-hop only plays one
once every 5 songs, at best. and usually its some dumb club hit featuring lil
jon...
tonight we went to a very fancy italian restaurant, i had a five course meal
that was bomb. they also featured a microbrew from some a local brewery that
brewed a beer only for them. it was a very good ale. but after dinner while
having my delicious panna cotta desert i ordered a grappa. holy crap, grappa is
wicked. it tastes like moonshine with a nice white-grape raisin aftertaste, once
you get through the burning of course. overall, one of the fanciest (and most
expensive!!) dinners i have had in awhile.
right now im just chillin with a magic hat brewery not quite pale ale and
watching ufc unleashed while waiting for a new episode of tuf. east coast tv
sucks because everything is so late, mountain time zone has the best set-up. i
mean even monday night football doesnt start until like 9pm. thats crazy late,
dont east coast people have jobs and have to wake up early?
ive been seeing alot of band of brothers: hells highway, advertisements
recently. i think i may buy this, even though tigger woooods 09 for the wii has
made me nearly forget i have a ps3! dang i miss tigger, luckily im flying home a
week or two before my parents come back, so ill have plenty of time to play
it.
allrighty, thats about all i can think of this moment, the fights are on, pz!
