Back to work

Today was the first day doing the work commute on the new springs. It's so funny. I'm sure there is pretty much nothing really 'wrong' with this YJ, but I spend the whole 35 minute drive thinking everything I hear and feel, wondering which part I should replace next. The ride is definitely stiffer with the new heavy duty springs (stock height by Crown). Now I bounce a little front to back. This probably means I'll replace the front springs eventually too, again with stock height. I'm not considering lifting it yet. Well, that's not entirely true. I am considering lifting it, but I have an M416 project waiting so I'm trying not to spend too much on the Jeep. While I'm digressing, the difficulty is the decision to lower the M416 (currently with 33" tires) or to lift the jeep to match. Probably I'll lower the m416 first with smaller wheels and tires since I don't go off road much yet.
