I am sad to say I think I'm going to switch back to my 32's. I currently have
35's installed on 3.07 gears. The jeep runs them well, but I think it would be
best to downsize until I get regeared and beef up the axles a bit...
Hello everyone.....I just created a new group called the Dirty South Jeepers! I
am trying to get the group up and going because I would like to meet some new
people around my neck of the woods. I just added myself to a few groups, but i
wanted to create on for me and other jeepers for the "South". Plus i wanted to
be able to maybe link up with some folks to get a ride together and to be
notified of rides, events, etc. Thanks everyone and join today...
So I've got a bit of a predicament... I'm running the stock 30/35 axles on my
98 TJ Wrangler with stock 3.07 gears and 35" tires. The jeep runs well on the
street but I know better than to take it off road, not to mention minor
clearance issues (2" budget kit for coils only). I can't make up my mind what I
should do, should I regear the 30/35 axles with 4.10/4.56s for $1500 or should I
save my pennies and get 44's with 4.10/4.56s? I just can't seem to make up my
mind. I know I would rather have the 44's, but I just can't afford to buy new,
and can't seem to find a good setup used for much less...
hey guys so I just joined and didn't have time to fill out all the info because
I have an urgent question. My senior quote is due tomorrow and I want it to be
dedicated to my love for the perfection of the Jeep Wrangler. I have a white 97
TJ named Cody. I have no idea how to pay homage to my baby.. some ideas I've had
are:
"Happiness is driving a Wrangler."
Hey All!! I have just recently purchased a 1997 Wrangler TJ, I am soooo
excited. I have always wanted one! It needs a little work though.. I replaced
the tires, soft top and breaks already. I hope to do a total interior and
internal make over next summer. My wonderful project!! I am soo excited!
Anyone willing to tell me where to start I am open to suggestions!! I am new to
this site, stil trying to navigate through it. Thanks so much!!
Today embarks my first days of my relationship with a Jeep. We've had some
ongoing flirtation but I finally asked him out today. He said yes. We'll be
living together on Monday. But seriously I just bought a 2005 TJ Wrangler
Unlimited. Electric green they say. He's a looker I must say. But seriously I
don't know his name. I keep throwing names out there since he doesn't talk to
me yet but unresponsive. So I will keep everybody updated if I found the name
thing out. Since I know SO MANY people are going to read this...NOT!
Ok so i have a 2004 Jeep wrangler and I wanted to add something new to the
inside of it. I have been looking at putting in some new seats but dont really
have the money for it right now. So I was woundering if I could put in some
harness belts on the seats I have now. I couldnt really find any answers online
so if anyone knows if i can please comment. Also if anyone has pictures of them
doing it to there jeep send me a pic. Thanks
Well, I just completed something that will tide me over till I can afford a lift
and 33s. My brother just bought a 91 Jeep (private party). When he bought it,
they guy gave him an extra set of wheels and tires (31" Kumho MTs). He didn't
want them so, guess who got them? Yep! Put them on my wheels Sunday and now
Daddy's happy. The truck now looks mean and ready for business. The 31s are
10.5s and I was wanting some 12.5s so they stick out, but now that I have them
on, I think that I will stick with the 10.5s. Yes, I will still be putting the
BFGs on, but not until these were out.
I am happy! Thanks Bro!
I'm planning on building my own hard top hoist, I saw that the T frame is a
common idea and I'm hoping that someone could send me their diementions and some
pictures for their hard top hoist rig
What I want to do is..... put a,*** Ranch Hand w/winch on the front***, ***Ranch
Hand on the back***, ***20' Black KMC Rockstars*** or **Monsters**, ***Nitto Mud
Grapplers***, ***4' Lift***, ***NEW GEARS***, ***2 8' JL AUDIO subs***, with all
new speakers***, ***In-dash Navi and CD player***, ***Air Filter***,
***SuperChip***, and anything else that helps with performance and Gas!!
But I'm looking here to see if anyone has any pictures of Rockstar Rims or
Monster Rims on their Jeep, or pictures of a Navy Blue jeep with Rims, lift,
whatever! just to see what it would look like!
