clutch line blow out..

After installing 3 clutch master cylinders..Yes 3...The new master cylinder was finally doing it's job till BOOM! The cable,on the transmission's end went..The fitting that was on there didnt look too promising, after pumping a few more times to bleed it and having it go every time..Is there a way to splice or have a new, better fitting put on the line to withstand the fluid pressure that it's supposed to withstand.??
Im about to take it to a garage somehow(tow it) and have a new line & fitting put in & just pay somebody to have this 3 day nightmare done with but i figure i'd try a solution to save money first if i could..Thanks for reading.

I have a 93 wrangler 4.0/ 5 speed..I discovered a leak by my front right wheel, looks like a small grease leak..Is it safe to drive on?Where would this grease be leaking from,if its on the front,by the wheel & U joint area?

Also,i was driving & my clutch went to the floor after shifting, had no clutch left & once i popped the hood i noticed the hydralic fluid leaking from the breather cap of the clutch master cylinder..I bled the fluid from the bottom on the tranny and still no clutch..Could it just be the master cylinder? It was just replaced!

That's right the Wrenchbunny is at it again. This time tweaking with the VG30DETT block. With the Jeep working it's wonders as my daily driver, I was finally able to pick up my Twin turbo block for the Z. Can we say upgrade! New fuel rails, new injectors, heads, pistons, rings, mmmmmmm.... so many toys.

I am hoping to tackle this project and get her done by spring. But while I'm working on the Z block I also have a list of things that keeps growing for the Jeep. God help me, auto enthusiasm is addicting.

Can't wait to get some pics up of the process of the build and... well... the other build.

Wish me luck.

downsizing...

I am sad to say I think I'm going to switch back to my 32's. I currently have 35's installed on 3.07 gears. The jeep runs them well, but I think it would be best to downsize until I get regeared and beef up the axles a bit...

GREMLINS!

So the kritter just made and survived her first big offroad. over 150km of forestry road to an all natural hot spring. She ripped through mud, creeks and even under a waterfall. i wish I had remembered my camera. Tires kicked ***, and we definitely stomped all over the F150 we had with us. Stupid engine light is back again, yes I know, I know I need to get my computer read.
An added bonus to my week we had an amazingly greasy dump of snow the other night and I got to enjoy some donuts in the day lots time. My tires are actually almost too good in snow! Not anywhere near as scary as driving my old YJs in the snow!
The downside, is definitely my retarded lock in the passenger side door. STUCK! Seriously these moments I''m having with the jeep on a weekly basis are starting to make me a little crazy! i haven't even been able to afford to fix my turn signal problem yet!

has anyone realized how exspensive jeep armor is these days. do you know that the average rear bumber and tire carrier costs around 700.00 bucks.. well if you live in the north georgia area i can help bulid you a custom bumper, rock gaurds, highway pegs, what ever u need. i am currently trying to build up three or four jeeps as well as my own TJ. my goal is to get a few of these jeeps together, so that i can take pics for a future web site and brochure. if you are intrested in having some custom gear made for you rig contact me at chrisking@throttlejammers.com... i am willing to do the work for a very small fee and the cost of material.

for example: rear bumper and tire carrier total material cost 200.00
one off rock gaurds/ side steps total material cost 50.00

highway pegs total material cost 13.00
