I am trying to set up my '94 Wrangler to tow behind my Motorhome and have a tail
light issue. After installing the wiring on the Jeep (with the usual identifying
of the wiring for brakes and running lights) both tail lights on the Jeep blink
when I turn on the motorhome turn signals. Do I need to add a converter for the
wiring? I have verified the ground is good. Help?
So it took me 4 days but it's done. I completely rebuilt the brakes. New wheel
cylinders, lines, pads, shoes, hardware, rotors, drums, rebuilt the calipers,
new parking brake cables. The whole nine yards. Only thing I didn't do was the
master cylinder but that was fine. Don't fix what ain't broke. Anyway Colossus
stops on a dime now and it's awesome. No more putting the pedal to the floor. I
though it was gonna be hard but it was actually pretty easy. Just tedious.
I am trying to jeep to Roller Pass which is at the head of Coldstream Canyon.
My concern is whether I can get over horseshoe bend or alternatively, go through
the culvert? Thanks so much! I've tried the local Ranger District and the two
people I need to speak with are on leave with no estimate of return!
Anyone give me some insite on where to start with the wiring. Do i need a
different computer. would it be better just to get a different harness. wats the
easiest way?!?!
i just installed a 180* thermostat in my jeep wrangler today. i hear that you
should run a little cooler for more power. i figured with the lift and tires i
could use all the power i can get out of the stock drivetrain. if anyone else
has ever put one in a 4.0 engine just let me know how it worked out for you.
I am planning on upgrading my 4cylinder 2.5 engine but im not sure which way to
go. I use my 91Jeep Wrangelr YJ for mudding and playing around. I want more
power. Id really appreciate if anyone could give me some ideas on what to
upgrade to and approximate costs.
Thanks
Crystal
I'm planning on building my own hard top hoist, I saw that the T frame is a
common idea and I'm hoping that someone could send me their diementions and some
pictures for their hard top hoist rig
basically the engine sounds normal at low rpm, but once taken up to 4k and
beyond, the engine makes a squealing noise. occasionally, when its cold outside,
steam will come out from under the hood. have no idea what these could be caused
by, or if they're even related.
