i love the snow when we get it here in BC mainly cause its better than the crap
rain that we get for most of the year.
the moron drivers on the other hand just downright piss me off,if you drive a
_insert make and model of
car_ with bald summer tires dont try to drive down the country road
with 3' of snow cause your not gunna get anywhere and your gunna abandon your
car in the middle of the road and then im gunna have to push my own trail around
it that the next idiot in a car is gunna try to follow.
and then today was great for a laugh as the all familiar rain returned to melt
that packed snow out of the ruts which made them that much deeper i had to use
4low to back outta my drive way today in oder it push through the ruts(it was
fun) one rut was at my rear bumper and kinda solid
and lasty im so sick of these yuppie morons who think that because the opted for
the 4WD (along with the heated seats, back up camera and sensors, aswell as the
DVD player)now apparently they can do mach speed on icy roads and when they are
comin towards you instead of moving over to their side of the road you have to
vear into a drift so that they can maintain mach speed, another one i love is
the moron who will blow past you in a blizzard and wind up in a ditch at the
next corner and have the nerve to ask you to pull him out...at that point i
usually tell them that if they werent driving like an idiot they wouldnt need to
be pulled and secondly im leavin em there cause thats the safest place for them
to be...the response is usually a priceless stare or something mumbled as your
continue on your way
anyway that my winter rant feel free to respond with personal exsperiences
hey just wonderin how many jeepers are out there from beautiful british
columbia.how ya guy likin this weather, i for one cant remember it bein this
cold for a long time and let me tell ya it make it damn hard workin on the jeep
when your hand are frozen solid.as for this wind not to happy with it as it
killed my hunting trip, 2months planning new 80L pack($200) new binoculars($300)
packed loaded and ready to go on sunday morning camo'd from head to toe got so
many damn pairs of long john is can barely move cruisin down the freeway and the
capt. of the boat takin us in phones from deepcove vancouver to tell us that
everyones comin in and no ones goin out cause they got whitecaps with 50knot
winds and boats and docks crashin around like a hurricane so that trip was short
live and now with the truck business bein as slow as it is they called in the
other guys for wor and now i got jack all to do for 3 days and i cant work on
the jeep cause of this unbelievable cold weather were havin and im stuck with
nothin but the computer to keep me busy all day
well it never fails this time of year we get the wierdest weather in good ole BC
canada and the leaks start and everything goes down the tubes but i gotta say
might have froze my *** off in these -15*c winds but i got my '97+('99) front
weather stripping and '89 rear stripping in and the passenger side where the
leak was is a nice tight seal now and the pass. rear is a bit better but i can
still see through the top of the frame and the driver front is tighter but
theres still a gap where the frame curves but its better than it was and on the
plus side i dont gotta smell that soggy carpet cause its frozen solid
What the hell i wish this weather would make up its mind already we go from
winter weather through most of june to like 35c over night get cooked for 4days
then when the weekend rolls around its back to this crap *** rain i just want
some sunny weather already im dyin to get out with the jeep and do some hikes
and fishin and wheelin but this crap weather keeps gettin in the way
for any of you jeepers out there who have urges to be generous feel free to
purchase me a membership...i would purchase one if i didnt drive a jeep between
gas and insurance plus maintence and repairs i sometime woner how i manage to
pay for it all
