i love the snow when we get it here in BC mainly cause its better than the crap
rain that we get for most of the year.
the moron drivers on the other hand just downright piss me off,if you drive a
_insert make and model of
car_ with bald summer tires dont try to drive down the country road
with 3' of snow cause your not gunna get anywhere and your gunna abandon your
car in the middle of the road and then im gunna have to push my own trail around
it that the next idiot in a car is gunna try to follow.
and then today was great for a laugh as the all familiar rain returned to melt
that packed snow out of the ruts which made them that much deeper i had to use
4low to back outta my drive way today in oder it push through the ruts(it was
fun) one rut was at my rear bumper and kinda solid
and lasty im so sick of these yuppie morons who think that because the opted for
the 4WD (along with the heated seats,back up camera and sensors, aswell as the
DVD player)now apparently they can do mach speed on icy roads and when they are
comin towards you instead of moving over to their side of the road you have to
vear into a drift so that they can maintain mach speed, another one i love is
the moron who will blow past you in a blizzard and wind up in a ditch at the
next corner and have the nerve to ask you to pull him out...at that point i
usually tell them that if they werent driving like an idiot they wouldnt need to
be pulled and secondly im leavin em there cause thats the safest place for them
to be...the response is usually a priceless stare or something mumbled as your
continue on your way
anyway that my winter rant feel free to respond with personal exsperiences |

i saw a guy in a 2wd expedition
(rear wheel drive of course)
putting chains on the FRONT tires
because it was HAILING! that one
made me laugh. wish i had a
picture of it. |

i just blows my mind its gotten to
the point here where it warmed up
to about 10*c last week so it
melted a bit of the white stuff
then its dropped back down to the
0* area and dipped here and there
for the last couple days so there
plenty of black ice and more snow
and people are still going a
130km/h on the freeway when it
looks like your driving the artic
and then they show these fools on
the news "i dont know what
happened i was on the road and
then i was hanging upside down in
the ditch....its the citys fault
they should plow the roads
better....i was in 4WD and this
still happened" just cracks me up
cause they always have an excuse
for how its someone elses fault |

Don't get me started on people who
tailgate in the snow. If it is not
snowing and you have your
windshield wipers on because of my
tire spray... Your too f@#$%ng
close!
Oh and there are the Chevy trucks
with the 20 some odd inch lift, no
front drive shaft, sporting 44
inch swampers... |

i agree here in iowa i have to
deal with all the idoits from my
school who drive the nicest
sportest cars their dad and mom
can buy then i trucking around my
my rusty jeep looks real nice but
in this winter i have been so
laughing at all the cars around
the school who cant even move with
out spining their tires and going
into a ditch |

Werd dude...
Had to deal with a lot of that
lately here too. It is funny to
see someone whip past you in an
Explorer that they rented, and
then end up upside down in the
median of the highway.
4x4's may have better traction
going, but stopping they only have
4 tires and 4 brakes just like
everything else! Ice, the great
winter equalizer....
